Just a quick note to tell you how excited we are about our new patio! It is gorgeous! Although a few small details remain unfinished, it is clear that this project has exceeded our expectations. From your first prompt call to me after I reached out through your website, through deconstruction and construction, your entire staff has been marvelous. Lauren is every bit as talented as you first mentioned. She is easy to work with, prompt, flexible, and she listened to us and designed something to meet our needs. Cory, Joe, Matt, and Daniel were pleasant, skilled, polite and diligent as they worked each day. Your attention to the structural integrity of the house after removing the deck was most appreciated. And it was nice to get a chance to meet you. Thanks for making your way through our crawl space to assess the situation. Very thorough! Again, our thanks! Wow, what a difference! The time you took to explain the whole process to my wife and I was amazing. Never had someone take the time to explain exactly what we needed, the timing and proper order of all the steps. She’s delighted, so you can bet I’m happy. … we won 1st prize for curb appeal again, for each of the nine properties. We thank you, and we know how hard you work every year to have them all looking perfect for the competition. The flowers you selected are gorgeous, and everything looks so sharp and pristine. We, and each of the managers, really are so pleased. You make their life a little easier, because of how you manage the outside of the properties.

Just wanted to thank you for all your years of service. You made it possible to stay here longer than we ever thought possible, because we always knew you would take care of everything for us. You really have been terrific. Please tell the men how much we appreciate them.
