Lauren / Landscape Designer
As a graduate of Delaware Valley College with a bachelor's degree in environmental design and ornamental horticulture, I have always had a passion for garden design. With 16 years of experience in the field of design, as well as working closely with plants in private residential gardens, it has proven to be the perfect balance essential to a well-designed outdoor space.
Anyone who works with Lauren will appreciate her love of design and true passion for beautiful gardens and outdoor living spaces. She is genuinely a gifted designer.
She works with clients from the beginning concepts to the final product. She has a wonderful ability to make the entire process easy and enjoyable for our clients.
Lauren lives in Lancaster with her husband and their two sons.
Joe /Project Manager
With over 40 years of experience, Joe Bowers brings a well-rounded landscape talent to our clients' projects. Joe attended Longwood Gardens' Professional Gardener Training Program. He has continued that education through many industry seminars and training programs throughout the years.
Joe enjoys creating ponds and waterfalls and installing patios and walkways. He builds outdoor living spaces with low-voltage lights for evening ambiance, which is something he does with unsurpassed attention to detail. His knowledge, talent, and old-world craftsmanship are apparent in every design and build project we do at Eshelman Mill Gardens & Landscapes.
Joe lives in Lancaster and is a husband, father, and proud grandfather.
Cory /Crew Chief
Cory Albright has been a professional landscaper for ten years. His attention to detail and pride in his work is evident to all. He provides our clients with excellence in hardscaping, stone and brickwork, planting, and lawn care. Cory is a state-licensed lawn care technician with expertise in turf care, pesticides, and organic lawn care.
I love hardscaping and consider it a form of art. I have considerable experience using Stone, Stone veneer, and cobblestone, along with other common hardscaping products. Concerning his work with clients, Cory says, My goal as a Landscape Professional is to provide every client with a unique experience and to meet and exceed their expectations.
Cory resides in Lancaster and is a dedicated husband and father to three wonderful children.
Rich / Sales Manager
With more than 35 years of property maintenance, design, and construction experience, Rich has a wide range of experience to serve our clients. He has overseen ground maintenance for large commercial properties as well as executive homes, where details, planning, and service are at a premium. His high energy and desire to create beautiful gardens and landscapes are immediately recognized when talking with him.
He has worked on many different kinds of projects, but creating beautiful ponds and waterfalls or completely renovating a property are the two things he likes best. But, he says, I still think there is something about a perfect lawn with nicely edged and mulched gardens that is pleasing to the eye in its simplicity.
Customer care, listening to clients' desires, and helping them achieve their vision are among his strengths. His integrity and professionalism are the characteristics that most define who he is.
I genuinely enjoy meeting people, walking their property with them, discussing what is already present, and helping them see what is possible. But when talking with people about their landscaping or outdoor living spaces, you have to listen to what they are saying and sometimes what they are not saying. This allows me to help them achieve what they really want, not just finish a job. And that is very important to me. The greatest part about my job is that moment when a client realizes that I am interested in a long-term relationship that is built on integrity and trust. They are the ones who often thank me for enhancing the beauty and value of their homes. But what makes it special is that they know that it has always been my desire to provide professional and reliable service.
He and his wife live in Lancaster and have three children. He has done extensive missionary work in Africa, Central and South America, and, after his family, considers that work his greatest achievement.
